Once you provide this info we will send you a quote for shipping this pallet to your location. Your shipment can ship out of our facility the next business day after your payment clears (no shipping on weekends). We have scheduled daily UPS pickups at our location and send LTL (pallet sized loads) daily. We use bubble wrap, foam blocking, anti-static packing peanuts, and/or anti-static packaging/wrap to ensure the shipment will be safe. Read our reviews about shipping – everyone is very satisfied.

Items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. We use Fed ex, UPS and the Postal Service to ship most items unless other arrangements are made. Items usually

Returns Policy

30 days return policy. Returned items MUST have all original items returned in the condition they were received. Damaged items will void the warranty. Your refurbished machine will come with its original lithium battery that has a limited life that is not guaranteed. To extend the battery life, we RECOMMEND that you purchase a new 6 or 9 cell battery to achieve portable use of more than 1 hour.
